Add SwiftBatch Studio to your home screen

Open the studio from an app icon, with an app-style window where your browser supports it. No app store needed.

iPhone or iPad
  1. Open this page in Safari.
  2. Choose Share. It may be inside Safari’s page menu.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen. Turn on Open as Web App if shown, then tap Add.

If the option is missing, use Safari’s sharing menu and check its available actions. Apple’s instructions ↗

Android
  1. Open this page in Chrome.
  2. Open the ⋮ menu, then Install and create shortcut → Install. Some versions call it Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. Confirm only if you want to add SwiftBatch Studio.

A shortcut with a Chrome logo may open a normal browser tab instead of an app window. Chrome’s instructions ↗

Computer or another browser

Look for Install in your browser’s address bar or menu. If it offers only Create shortcut, that shortcut may open a normal tab. You can always keep using SwiftBatch Studio in the browser.

Keep your work safe. Download your finished batch before closing or switching windows. Your current batch saves automatically on this device. Return in the same browser and choose Continue editing. Clearing site data or using private browsing can remove drafts.

Connection & access. Internet is needed to open the app and load its tools; offline use isn’t guaranteed. This test version has no account or sign-in inside the app. Your hosting provider may apply its own access settings.

Saved looks. A home-screen app can use separate browser storage, so your saved looks and brand settings may not appear there. Installing doesn’t transfer your current batch or keep processing after you close it. Draft recovery requires this same browser storage.

Common questions

Pip searches built-in SwiftBatch Studio guides on your device. It can’t inspect your photos or assess cutout quality.

OPTIONAL BACKGROUND REMOVAL

Keep the product. Change the setting.

Choose Remove backgrounds for the batch, or Remove background on one photo. After you agree, Photoroom processes a resized copy online. Your phone does not need to download a large AI model.

Review fine edges, glass and reflections. Erase / restore lets you refine a cutout here. Use original brings back the untouched photo; Use cutout brings back the saved result without processing it again.

One removal can be reused in all three output versions. The shared beta allowance covers 1,000 removals per billing month across all users. When it is used up, you can still edit originals, use the brush and export.

The demo uses original sample backgrounds and does not spend the removal allowance. Photo handling ↗

PHOTOROOM · INCLUDED IN THE BETA

These selected photos will be sent securely through SwiftBatch to Photoroom for background removal. A copy is resized to at most 2,000 pixels on its longest edge; your original files stay unchanged.

Each processed photo uses one removal from the shared beta allowance. Reusing its cutout for shop and social images uses no more removals. You can stop the remaining batch; a photo already sent may still finish and count.

Results are temporarily cached for up to one hour to help recover interrupted requests. Completed edits save in this browser. Photo handling ↗
